Retreat Activities
Our beautiful retreat facility is designed to promote a peaceful, relaxing & healing environment, with amenities such as a sauna, indoor and outdoor showers, indoor and outdoor bath tub. The property has beautiful flowers, medicinal plants, gardens and wildlife such as deer.
Traveling to the Mountain
You will be responsible for getting to and from the Mountain, although we will offer one ride from the Redding Regional Airport the day of Arrival (pickup 4pm) and one ride to the airport for Departure. If booking a flight and you need assistance in arrival please let us know after booking to make appropriate arrangements.
Airports to Fly into:
1. Redding CA (RDD) 1.25hr drive
2. Medford Oregon (MFR) 1.5hr drive
3. Sacramento CA (SMF) 3.25 hr drive
Check your area for car rentals ahead of time. Turn seems to be a great option with much success in past retreats. Getting to and from the mountain in a ride share isn't an easy task and is not encouraged. Mount Shasta's community does not have very many travelers in and out. Taxi services are extremely limited and rare as well. Please plan accordingly and in advance. Reach out to us with any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth arrival.

All meals will be provided. Some days we will collectively pack lunches to bring with us to sacred locations and picnic in nature.

We will first teach techniques while on the retreat property and the last night we will go to the mountain in sacred gathering to experience these incredible connections that are for the highest good of all involved.
